How it works?

Step 1

Let's encourage your customer to send recommendation out:

We all know the cost of customer acquisition is really high. Recomme gives you opportunity to award your customers for bringing new business to your door!

You decide whether customer receives the gift at the time of sending the recommendation or after the addressee uses the recommendation (e.g. makes a purchase).

Step 2

Recommend (takes about 30 seconds)

The recommendation takes place via the smartphone.

The form can be accessed via the method chosen by the customer: scanning the QR code or clicking on the link on the company's Facebook profile or website. The links can also be accessed from a PC.

Step 3

Choose a way

After providing the e-mail address, the customer chooses the method of recommendation: e-mail, Facebook, WhatsApp or SMS.

Step 4

Send a message

Then, a ready-to-send message with a link to the gift for using the recommendation is displayed. The content of the message can be modified of course. It will be sent from the account or number of the referrer, which makes the friend know who they received it from. This form significantly increases the likelihood of opening the message and using the recommendation.

Step 5

Receive a gift

When a customer's friend opens the message and clicks the link, he/she will be redirected to a website with a discount code and information on how to use it. If he/she does so, the referrer may receive a thank you email. In the case of a campaign providing a gift for using the recommendation, the message will also include a link to the gift for successfully recommending a new client.
